105例染色体多态性患者辅助生殖妊娠结局分析

目的探讨染色体多态性对辅助生殖技术妊娠结局的影响。方法接受辅助生殖治疗的不育夫妇中至少一方染色体存在多态性者105例作为多态组,随机选取同期行辅助生殖治疗且夫妇双方染色体均正常的患者260例作为对照组,比较两组患者助孕过程指标及妊娠结局。结果多态组原发性不育比例显著高于对照组(63.81%vs.55.00%,P0.05);多态组自然流产史比例与对照组相仿(13.16%vs.12.82%,P0.05);多态组与对照组比较,辅助生殖治疗中的受精率、优胚率、着床率、妊娠率、生化妊娠率、早产率、子代男女比例、子代畸形率等均无统计学差异(P0.05),但多态组早期流产率显著高于对照组(33.33%vs.17.40%,P0.05)。结论染色体多态性对辅助生殖治疗参数无显著影响,但可能会增加早期流产率。

Pregnancy outcome of 105 patients with chromosomal polymorphism after assisted reproductive technology

Objective: To investigate the influence of chromosomal polymorphism on the pregnancy outcome of assisted reproductive technology ( ART).
Methods: All the patients undergone IVF or ICSI were randomly divided to two groups. The polymorphism group included 105 infertile couples,in whom at least one person of one couple had chromosomal polymorphism. The control group had 260 patients,and none of them had chromosomal polymorphism. The clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups.
Results: Primary infertility proportion in the polymorphism group is significantly higher than control group (63. 81% vs. 55. 00%,P<0. 05). Spontaneous abortion rate in polymorphism group is similar with control group (13. 16% vs. 12. 82%,P>0. 05). There were no significant differences in fertilization rate,good quality embryo rate,implantation rate,pregnancy rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,premature birth rate,sex ratio and descendant deformity rate of offspring between the two groups (all P>0. 05). The early miscarriage rate in polymorphism group was significantly higher than that of control group(33. 33% vs. 17. 40%,P<0. 05).
Conclusions: Chromosomal polymorphism does not have significant influence on the outcomes of ART,but it may increase the risk of early abortion.
