| 摘 要： | 《诸病源候论》集隋以前养生方导引法之大成,在气功发展史上占据重要地位。该书卷二十八为"目病诸候"篇,是最早阐述眼科疾患的专篇文献,其下目风泪出候、目暗不明候、目茫茫候三候载有养生方导引法共11条,对现今气功治疗眼病的研究有极大的指导意义。在对此三候进行了文字梳理的基础之上,对导引法条文进行详细解析,包括词语注释、操作参考、功理阐释,以期对气功治疗眼疾的研究探索有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Zhubing Yuanhou Lun set the culmination of life-nurturing Daoyin methods before the Sui Dynasty,which is very important in the development history of Qigong.The 28th volume of this book is Mubing Zhuhou,which is the earliest specific literature for expounding ophthalmic diseases.In Mubing Zhuhou there is three Hou involving 11 items about life-nurturing Daoyin methods and these items have great guiding significance to today ’ s research on treating ophthalmic diseases with Qigong.The authors explained in detail these items based on words combing in the three Hou,including annotation of words and expressions,reference of operation and explanation of principles of Qigong exercises.It is hoped that this paper will be benefit to the research on treatment of ophthalmic diseases with Qigong. |
