住院患者医院感染调查

目的了解医院感染发生的情况,为做好医院感染防控工作提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2007-2009年本医院住院患者的医院感染情况进行了调查与分析。结果该医院在2007-2009年期间,住院患者共43 773例,发生医院感染983例,医院感染平均发生率为2.25%;连续3年的医院感染率之间无明显差别。感染部位以呼吸道为主,下呼吸道与上呼吸道感染率分别为29.70%和15.36%;其次是手术切囗,感染率为17.40%。病人感染标本检出的致病菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,占60%以上。医院感染高危因素主要是年龄、基础疾病和抗菌药物滥用等。结论该医院连续3年医院感染发生率均低于全国平均水平,感染部位以呼吸道为主,感染致病菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主。

INVESTIGATION ON NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION OF INPATIENTS
