| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复合小梁切除术中应用改良可调整缝线的方法和疗效.方法:对52例(55眼)原发性青光眼患者行复合小梁切除术,术中对巩膜瓣采用改良可调整缝线缝合.观察术后眼压、前房、滤过泡、可调整缝线松脱等情况.结果:所有患者随访时间6～12个月,平均8.7月.可拆除缝线拆线时间3～16 d,平均8.21天.拆线前眼压12.12...
