| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨改良腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术（LAVH）的临床效果。方法：回顾分析138例行改良腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术患者的临床资料,与同期142例传统开腹子宫切除术（TAH）患者相比较,比较两组术中、术后情况。结果：两组在手术时间、术中出血量及术后病率方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,LAVH在术后排气时间、术后最高体温、住院天数方面与TAH比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：改良腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术优于传统开腹子宫切除术,是一种值得推广的手术。
