海洋小分子药物临床研究进展

陆生资源日益枯竭及全合成新分子实体药物难度的加大，致使新药的发现、开发步入”瓶颈”。而海洋生物资源以其多样性、复杂性、特殊性逐渐为世界医药工作者所关注, “向海洋要药”已成为当今世界医药工业发展的重要方向，各制药强国均日益加大在此领域的投入。本文详细列举了共计32种来自于海洋的药物，其中已上市的有7种，进入临床III 期、II 期及I 期研究的分别为2、13、10种，并对各药物的来源、活性机理、最新临床研究进展作一简要概述。同时展望未来，期待海洋药物更快、更好的发展，为人类的身体健康做出贡献。

Progress in the clinical development of small molecular marine-originated drugs

With the depletion of terrestrial resources and difficulty of total synthesis of new drug, the marine-originated drugs attract many researchers based on their diversity, complexity and particularity. More and more marine-originated active substance are being developed with the implementation of scuba diving tools and the development of sophisticated instruments for the isolation and elucidation of structures of active substance from marine organisms. Major advances have been made in the discovery of marine-originated drugs. This review summarized the current marine-originated drugs which have been applied in market or evaluated in clinical trials and provided a promise that marine-originated drug would create resplendence. ?
