保元丹对常见老年病的临床作用观察

目的临床观察保元丹对常见老年病的作用。方法120例老年病患者在常规中西药治疗基础上分为观察组60例,对照组60例,观察组加服保元丹2粒,3/d。观察两组初始期及服药1个月、2个月冠心病、老年慢性支气管炎、糖尿病和虚弱症状各项指标。结果服药2个月后,保元丹减轻冠心病心绞痛和心律不齐症状,评分对照组分别为3.80±0.65、2.10±0.40,观察组分别为1.89±1.10、0.89±0.28,P〈0.01;改善老年慢性支气管炎和肺气肿的咳、痰、喘症状,评分对照组为2.20±0.30,观察组为1.28±0.61,P〈0.01;改善糖尿病的三多一少症状,评分对照组为1.00±0.25,观察组为0.95±0.31,P〈0.01;降低老年病患者虚弱症状,评分对照组为9.10±1.80,观察组为5.60±2.30,P〈0.01。结论保元丹明显改善老年病一些常见症状,预防发病,健体强身,长期服用无不良反应,可做为老年人保健用药。
