老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术32例围术期护理体会

目的:探讨老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的护理方法。方法:对32例实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者做好充分术前准备和心理护理,术中严密监测生命体征,术后密切观察病情,做好管道护理,重视出院健康指导。结果:本组30例安全度过围手术期,1例合并高血压继发下肢深静脉血栓,1例因病情危重放弃治疗。结论:通过术前心理护理、术后病情观察、出院健康指导整体护理计划的实施,能有效预防术后并发症,提高手术成功率。

~ Experience of perioperative nursing care of 32 old patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective: To explore nursing methods in perioperative period for old patient with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods: Preoperative preparation including psycho-nursing care was fully made for 32 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Close monitoring of vital signs in operation and postoperative observation of patient's conditions and management of tubes and health education were carried out.Results: All thirty patients lived through perioperative period safely.One of them suffered from secondary deep venous thrombosis of lower limb resulted from complication of hypertension and one gave up treatment due to critical condition.Conclusion: Complication can effectively be prevented and the rate of success of operation can be increased through full preoperative preparation such as psycho-nursing care,postoperative observation of patient's conditions and active health education.
