摘    要:目的 :探讨MR尤其是增强扫描技术对垂体微腺瘤的诊断价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析已明确诊断的 2 5例垂体微腺瘤MR增强前、后扫描资料。结果 :增强前 11例显示垂体内低信号或略低信号 (4 4 % ) ,等信号 14 (5 6% )。增强扫描后低信号显示率 88%。标准剂量增强 12例中由增强前显示 7例 (5 8% )低信号上升到 11例 (91% ) ,半剂量法增强 8例均显示垂体内低信号 (10 0 % ) ,非动态增强 5例中 ,3例显示低信号。结论 :MRI对诊断垂体微腺瘤有较高特异性及敏感性 ,动态增强扫描 ,尤其是半剂量法增强应作为诊断垂体微腺瘤常规方法。

Abstract:Purpose:To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI in pituitary microadenomas especislly Gadolinium enhanced technology. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively studied the MRI data of 25 cases of pituitary microadenomas which were all scanned before and after Gadolinium enhanced.Results: before Gadolinium enhanced, 11 cases showed low or homogeneous signal (44%,56%) respectively, but low-signal rate was 88% after Gadolinium enhanced. Of the 12 cases of full-dose Gd-DTPA, low-signal cases were rised to 11(91%) from 7(58%), and all the 8 cases of half-dose Gd-DTPA showed low-signal in pituitary. Among the 5 cases of unenhanced MR imaging 3 cases showed low-signal.Conclusion: MR imaging has high speciality and sensitivity in the diagnoses of pituitary microadenomas. Gadolinium enhanced, especially half-dose Gd-DTPA, shoud be regarded as routine method for diagnising pituitary microadenomas.
