AO动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的护理

目的　探讨AO动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的护理措施 ,提高老年患者的生存质量。方法　对 71例老年患者术前做好心理护理 ,牵引护理 ,皮肤护理 ,疼痛护理及术前准备 ;术后严密观察病情变化 ,做好引流管护理 ,确保有效引流 ,加强术后伤口渗血情况观察 ,预防深静脉血栓形成及脂肪栓塞的发生 ,早期指导功能康复训练。结果　本组 71例老年患者均获得满意的治疗护理效果 ,无护理并发症发生。结论　老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折施行AO动力髋螺钉内固定治疗安全、疗效好 ,可缩短住院时间 ,减少住院费用 ,提高了老年患者的生存质量 ,与术前术后做好科学有效的护理是分不开的。

THE PERIOPERATIVE NURSING CARE OF ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH FEMUR INTERTROCHANTERIC FRACTURE UNDERGOING AO DYNAMIC HIP SCREW INTERNAL FIXATION

Objective To discuss on the perioperative nu rs ing care of elderly patients with femur intertrochanteric fracture undergoing AO dynamic hip screw(DHS) internal fixation for improving their survival quality. Methods The nursing measures before operation were included ca rrying out psycho-care, traction care, skin care, pain care, making preoperative preparations in 71 elderly patients, After operation, observing the change of p atient’s condition carefully, carrying out drain pope care to effective drainag e, observing the blood permeation of wound to prevent the deep venous thrombosis and occurrence of fat embolism, and guiding patient’s functional rehabilitatio n training at earlier period. Results Satisfactory therapeutic and nursing care effect obtained in 71 elderly patients, no complication occurre d. Conclusion Treatment of femur Intertrochanteric fracture und ergoing AO DHS internal fixation has safety and good therapeutic effects. The op eration can shorten the length of stay in hospital, decrease the cost of hospita lization and improve their survival quality of elderly patients. All these benef its cannot be obtained without scientific preoperative and postoperative nursing care.
