| 摘 要： | 目的:观察活血化瘀、软坚散结法(妇痛宁颗粒)治疗子宫内膜异位症临床疗效.方法:采用手术移植法制备大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型.实验共分6组.实验结束检测各组大鼠腹腔液IL-6水平.结果:造模后大鼠腹腔液IL-6水平明显上升,与空白对照组比较P＜0.05.各组腹腔液IL-6含量均较模型对照组下降,妇痛宁中、低剂量组、丹那唑组疗后IL-6水平与空白对照组比较,P＞0.05,无明显差异.妇痛宁中剂量组与高剂量组比较P＜0.05.结论:妇痛宁颗粒冲剂能降低其腹腔液IL-6水平,取得了较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe the effect of the futongning granules on treating endometriosis.Method:rat endometriosis model were induced by operation transfer method and rat peritoneal fluid IL-6 was detected.Result:IL-6 was higher in model group and lower in others groups.Conclusion:the futongning granules have the function to cut down the peritoneal fluid IL-6. |
