正交试验优选类风湿康胶囊的提取工艺

目的：优选类风湿康胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法：以黄芪甲苷和青藤碱含量为主要指标，以浸膏得率为参考指标，采用正交设计L9（3^4）优选类风湿康胶囊制备工艺。结果：类风湿康胶囊最佳提取工艺为：加10倍量水浸泡0．5h，每次煎煮1．5h，煎煮3次。结论：此制备工艺合理可行。

Extracting Process of Leifengshikang Capsule by Orthogonal Test

Objective ： To optimize the preparation process of Leifengshikang capsule. Method ： The astragaloside Ⅳ and sinomenine contents were used as main indicator, the rate of extracting was used as reference indicator, the extracting process was optimized by L9 （ 34 ） orthogonal method. Result ： The optimum extracting process of Leifengshikang capsule was as follow ： added 10 times of wa- ter and soaked for 0.5 h, then decocted for 1.5 h for 3 times. Condusion： The preparation process is reasonable and feasible.
