自汗患者汗液中的钠、氯、钙、钾无机离子测定

摘    要:目的:探讨自汗症与健康志愿者汗液无机离子的差异.方法:根据临床辨证,分为心气虚组、肺气虚组和正常对照组,采用紫外分光光谱仪分别对三组受试者汗液、血液中的钠、氯、钙、钾无机离子浓度进行检测.结果:自汗患者汗液中钠、氯、钙、钾离子浓度较正常对照组明显增高,差异有显著性(P<0.05).且汗液、血液的上述4种离子浓度呈负相关趋势.结论:汗液的无机离子测定为中医自汗症的辨证提供了一种客观方法.

Abstract:Purpose:To probe into the difference between UV patients and healthy volunteers.Methods:According to clinical dialectics.cases divided into and normal common group,the densities of the inorganic ions Na+,Cl-,Ca~2+ in the sweats and blood of the three groups were examined respectively.Results:The densities of Na+ Cl-Ca~2+ of the patients? were increased significantly.The difference is significant(P<0.05),and there is a trend that the densities of the four ions are relative negatively.Conclusion:The examination of the inorganic ions of sweats provides a objective method for dialectics of TCM.
