摘    要:目的:检测PS2基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达,并探讨其对判断乳腺癌预后和指导内分泌治疗中的价值。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测89例乳腺癌组织中PS2、ER、PR蛋白的表达。结果:PS2阳性表达率为38.2%(34/89);PS2基因的表达与肿瘤的组织学分级、腋淋巴结状况和月经 状况相关(P<0.05);单因素分析PS2、ER表达均与5年无瘤生存率和5年总生存率相关(P<0.05);PS2与ER、PR表达呈正相关(P<0.01);PS2、ER表达与内分泌治疗疗效相关(P<0.01)。结论:在指导内分泌治疗时,PS2可以作为1个重要的指标补充ER、PR的不足,三者结合可进一步提高乳腺癌内分泌治疗的针对性和疗效;PS2对判断乳腺癌的预后有一定价值,但不是独立的预后指标。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of PS2 in breast cancer tissues and to explore its value in evaluating prognosis and directing endocrine therapy of breast cancer.Methods Immunochemistry S P method was used to detect the expressions of PS2,ER and PR in 89 cases of breast cancer.Results The positive rate of PS2 was 38.2%.The expression of PS2 was correlated with histologic grade,lymphnode metastasis and menses status( P <0.05).The expressions of PS2 and ER were related with 5 year DFS and 5 year OS in mono factor analysis( P <0.05).There was positive correlation among the expression of PS2,ER and PR( P <0.01).Expressions of PS2 and ER were related with the effect of endocrine therapy( P <0.01).Conclusion PS2 is an important marker to guide endocrine therapy,but it is not an independent index to evaluate prognosis of breast cancer.
