无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术的比较

目的比较无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术在治疗腹股沟疝的效果及临床应用价值。方法我院从2002年1月至2003年12月已对39例患者施行了疝环充填式无张力病修补术;与同期40例接受传统疝修补术的患者相比。比较两组患者的手术时间、术后疼痛、下床活动时间、住院时间及复发情况。结果无张力疝修补术组平均手术时间、下床活动时间和住院时间分别为(36±10)min、(26.2±8.5)h和(5.5±2.1)d,明显短于传统组(P<0.05);伤口疼痛5例与传统组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);复发2例,与传统组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论无张力疝修补术具有手术适应症广、创伤小、手术时间短、疼痛少、恢复快、并发症少、住院时间短、远期复发率低等优点,是治疗腹股沟疝的最佳方法。

Comparison of Tension-free Hernioplasty with Traditional Hernioplasty in Treating Inguinal Hernia

Objective To compare the surgical effect s of tension-free hernioplasty and t raditional hernioplasty. Methods In all 79 inguinal hernia cases , 39cases underwent tensionf tee hernioplasty , and 40 cases did traditional hernioplasty. Results Compared to the traditional group , the patients treated with tension-free hernioplasty enjoyed earlier up and about , shorter postoperative febrile period and hospital stay , Also tension-free hernioplasty patients suffered less postoperative local pain and discomfort. Conclusion The tension-free hernioplasty should be adopted as the gold standard for primary inguinal hernioplasty.
