CA 系列凝血分析仪凝血三项测定结果的可比性研究

目的]探讨同一系列不同型号凝血分析仪检测凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血酶原时间（APTr）和纤维蛋白原（Fg）的结果是否具有可比性。方法]收集40例不同浓度的患者新鲜血浆，在两个不同的凝血分析仪（CA1500、CA7000）测定PT、APTT和Fg，并对结果进行统计学分析，以医学决定水平处的系统误差来判断检测系统间的结果是否为临床接受。结果]CA7000的门测定结果与CA1500比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05），相关系数（r）=0．999；CA7000的INR测定结果与CA1500比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05），r=0．999；CA7000的APTT测定结果与CA1500比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05），r=0．998；CA7000的Fg测定结果与CAl500比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01），r=0．985。医学决定水平处的系统误差大部分小于总允许误差的1／2（PT：T±7．5％；APTT：T±7．5％；Fg：T±10％）。结论]以CA1500作为标准检测系统，CA7000的测定结果具有临床可接受性；应定期对同一实验室不同凝血分析仪进行比对实验，以保证检验结果间的可比性。

Comparison study of coagulation results between CA series of coagulation analyzers
