摘    要:目的:对三维CT在脊柱骨折脱位中的临床应用价值作一初步探讨。材料和方法:比较14例脊柱骨折脱位患者X线平片,CT扫描全部采用EBISC150XP型快速CT机,1.5m层厚。扫描所得断层资料通过网络传送至计算机工作站进行处理。采用WindowsNT3.51平台上Insight三维重建软件进行三维重建。结果:发现三维CT可通过三维空间内的任意旋转、切割,直观、清晰、精确地显示各种复杂脊柱骨折脱位的具体细节及椎体间空间关系的改变,特别是能清晰显示椎管有无狭窄受压,显示椎管内骨块的具体形态,较常规X线及CT有明显的优势。结论:三维CT在脊柱骨折脱位的诊断和治疗中有很大的应用价值。

Abstract:Purpose: To discuss the clinical value of the application of three-dimensional computed tomography (3DCT) in the spine fracture and dislocation.Materials and Methods: 14 cases with different spine fractures and dislocations were studied by using three-dimensional computed tomography(3DCT) and compared with conventional radiography and CT. The EBIS fast-CT was used with section thickness of 1. 5mm. The CT data was transfered to a computer workstation through the net and was reconstructed using the "Insight" software on the Windows NT 3. 51. Results: It was found that 3DCT was superior in illustrating all kinds of complex spine fracture and dislocation and their spatial relationship, especially in showing the stenosis of vertebral canal, because the 3DCT images could be rotated and cut freely and viewed from different perspectives. Conclusion: 3DCT has great clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of the spine fracture and dislocation.
