布地奈德和利巴韦林联合雾化吸人治疗毛细支气管炎的临床观察

目的探讨布地奈德混悬液（普米克令舒）和利巴韦林联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法86例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各43例。布地奈德混悬液（普米克令舒），剂量为0．5—1mg和利巴韦林注射液50mg／次；对照组：α-糜蛋白酶5mg／次。每组药物均加入生理盐水5IIll稀释以空气压缩泵雾化吸人，2次／d，5—10min／次，连用5～7d。观察各组咳嗽、喘憋、气促、哮鸣音和湿哕音好转情况及不良反应。结果总有效率治疗组和对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（χ^2=4．63，P〈0．05）。喘憋消失、气促缓解、哮鸣音消失、湿哕音消失及平均住院时间治疗组和对照组比较明显缩短，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论布地奈德和利巴韦林联合雾化吸人治疗毛细支气管炎能增强疗效，缓解症状，缩短病程，提高治愈率，安全、有效、简便。

Clinical analysis of budesonide and ribavirin nebulisation in treatment of capillary bronchitis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide suspension liquid （general Mick make comfortable） and ribavirin combination therapy atomization inhalation capillary to care bronchitis. Meth- otis 86 cases of capillary bronchitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group （ n = 43 cases. Budesonide suspension liquid （ general Mick make comfortable） , the dose of 0. 5 - 1 mg and ribavirin injection 50 mg/times, Group ： alpha mi protease 5 mg/times. Each group of drugs diluted saline 5 ml are joined by compressed air pump, 2 times/aerosolized 10 min, every time 5 - 10 minutes, repeat 5 -7 d. Each cough, asthma suppress observation, shortness of breath, wheeze and wet 1,10 sound better conditions and adverse reaction. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were statistically significant difference compared （X2 = 4. 63, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Breathe suppress disappear, shortness of breath, wheeze disappear, then sound and wet aerage hospital treatment group and control group is shortened, were sta- tistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Budesonide and ribavirin combination therapy atomi- zation inhalation capillary bronchitis curative effect, can enhance symptoms, shorten the duration of symptoms, and improve the curative effect, safe, effective, convenient.
