| 摘 要： | 在40侧成人上肢标本上,解剖观测了尺侧下副动脉、尺侧返动脉的起始、走行、分布和吻合特点。通过解剖学研究,设计并应用带血供的臂下内侧骨皮瓣转位术8例。6例骨皮瓣全部成活,2例骨皮瓣的皮瓣边缘少许坏死感染,经短期换药愈合。随访1～1.5年,供受区外形及功能均恢复良好。以上述血管为蒂设计的臂下内侧骨皮瓣,血管解剖恒定,吻合丰富,适用于肘关节周围骨皮缺损的修复。

| Abstract: | The origin, course, branches distribution and anastomoses of inferior ulnar collateral artery, ulnar recurrent artery were observed on 40 adult cadaver upper limbs. The transpositional of pedicled lower medial bone-skin flap of arm was designed and 8 cases were applied according to anatomical study. 6 cases were succeeded, 2 with partial necrosis infection on the edge of flap. Follow-up 1-1.5 years, both the appearance and the function were well. The bone-skin flap of lower medial of arm are: vessal anatomical region is consistantly, and rich in anastomosis. Our results showed that the bone- skin was suitabe for repair defect of bone- skin of the elbow joint. |
