孕妇心理状态与早产的相关性研究

目的 探讨孕妇心理状态与早产的关系。方法 选择160例早产的孕产妇为研究组．和研究组基础资料有同比性足月产的孕产妇160例为对照组，对两组孕产妇采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）评定．所得数据采用SPSS11．5软件包进行统计学处理，推断孕产妇心理状态与早产的关系。结果 研究组的阳性项目数和阳性症状均分高于对照组，在SCL-90的9个因子中，研究组的躯体化症状、人际关系、焦虑、恐怖、偏执等5个因子分均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果 精神因素可能是引起部分早产的原因。揭示我们在孕期对孕妇提供心理健康教育，有效地指导孕期保健，可能减少早产的发生。

The Study on the Relation Between the Pregnant Woman''''s Phychological Condition and Premature Labor

OBJECTIVE To study the relation between the pregnant woman＇ s phyehologlal condition and premature labor. METHODS The study team is 160 pregant and lying-in women with premature labor and the control team is i60 pregant and lying-in women with similar comparison on basic date, to evaluate the two groups via symptom-cheek-list-90 （SCL-90）, and take the date that we can get statistical treatment by SPSS11.5 software, to deduce the relations between the pregnant woman＇ s phychologial condition and premature labor. RESULTS The number of positive item and the average score of positive symptom are higher than the control team.At the 9 factors of SCL-90, the average scores of physical symptom, human relations, anxiety, terror, crankiness are higher than the control team （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The physhology factor is the cause of part of premature labor, and these tell us it probably can reduce the occuring of premare labor from offering health education to pregnant woman and guiding the pregnant Woman health care.
