摘    要:目的:建立新型的根管充填模型并对其充填效果进行评估。方法:自制负压充填模型。为了观察该充填方法的效果,选取40颗单根管下颌双尖牙,根管弯曲度<5°,随机分组。采用逐步后退法预备后以非器械根管充填法(NIT)进行充填,并以侧方加压法(LC)作对照。经染料渗透后脱矿透明,在体视显微镜下观察充填牙染料渗透情况。用五级评分表评分,比较X线片上充填效果。结果:成功建立了NIT充填模型。经Wilcoxon检验,NIT法与LC法充填的根尖染料渗漏长度无统计学差别。X线比较NIT组根充较LC组均匀。NIT组X线全长评分优于LC组,两种方法的根尖3 mm充填效果相当。结论:①NIT与LC法充填后根尖微漏无显著差别;②NIT与LC法在根尖3 mm的充填X线效果相当;③LC法充填在全程X线比较时不如NIT法致密均匀。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a device to obturate the root canal with non-instrumental technique(NIT) and to evaluate this device.Methods: To achieve the goal of NIT obturation,a vacuum pump was connected to a prepared tooth and sealed tightly.After the vacuum pump worked for ten minutes,the prepared sealer AH plus was sucked into the root canal space through a pipe.To test the obturation ability of the device,forty extracted mandibular premolars with single straight root(curveture<5 °)were collected.After preparation,forty teeth were randomly divided into NIT and LC obturation group.The quality of the apical seal was assessed using a dye penetration method.The teeth were then rendered transparent and the depth of dye penetration was measured under the stereomicroscope.The radiographic quality of both apical and total obturation was determined for each canal using a 5-points scale.Results: No statistic difference in apical leakage was found between the two obturation techniques.NIT(achieved) significantly better scores for radiographic quality totally than LC group from the buccolingual views(P<0.05,while they get(equal) effect at apical obturation.Conclusion: ① There is no significant difference between NIT and LC obturation method;② The full length X-ray quality of NIT was superior to LC;③ They were equal in the 3 mm obturation in X-ray films.
