45例人工髋关节置换术后并发症分析

目的研究人工髋关节置换病人术中及术后并发症。方法通过对45例人工髋关节置换术后病人的临床随访,分析其并发症的发生及处理方法。结果45例人工髋关节置换术后随访1-8年。45例疼痛5例,假体松动2例,人工股骨头置换术后脱位2例。结论并发症的原因与手术操作、金属假体质量、患者个体差异及患者不正确使用等因素有关。

Analysis on Complications of 45 Cases with Artificial Hip Joint Replacement

Objective To discuss how to use the artificial prosthesis correctly, improve the life-span of prosthesis and decrease complications, and find the way to recover limb length and rehabilitation of 45 cases of hip joint replacement.Methods and Results The 45 patients were followed up from one to eight years. Outcome shows that complications including ache(5 cases), prosthesis loosening(2 cases), dislocation of artificial head of femur(2 cases), infection of incision (0 cases), deep vein thrombosis(0 cases).Conclusion The complications have something with surgery, the quality of prosthesis, individual difference and incorrect use. Some experiences and ways to prevent or decrease complications have been provided.
