When first starting practice in clinical affairs,the interns lack the awareness of self-protection,knowledge of the harm of iatrogenic infections,operating techniques of diagnosis and treatment,and experience in making harmonious communications with patients.These are the main causes of interns' easily getting infected or injured.The effectively measures involved in reducing or avoiding such accidents are reinforcing the awareness of health self-protection,mastering the self-protection skills,developing good work habits,following the procedure of diagnosis and treatment,improving the operating techniques,enriching knowledge about medical ethics and law,and having a correct concept of morality and law.
