呼和浩特市区秋季过敏性鼻炎人群过敏原检测分析

目的:分析呼和浩特市区秋季过敏性鼻炎人群吸入性过敏原,以指导临床针对性的进行检测和治疗。方法:采用美国ASI公司体外特异性过敏原检测吸入过敏原试剂盒(IVT701),对呼和浩特市区87名过敏性鼻炎患者进行过敏原检测。结果:87例患者总IgE全部为阳性;其中对本检测试剂阳性者76例(占87.36%);对本检测试剂阴性者11例(占12.64%)。结论:呼和浩特市区秋季主要过敏原为蒿属植物、艾蒿花粉,对尘螨、粉螨过敏者占一定比例。明确过敏原后对特异性免疫治疗具有重要的指导意义。

Detection and analysis the Allergen Related to Autumn Allergic Rhinitis in Urban Crowd of Huhhot

Objective:To analysis the inhalating allergen related to autumn allergic rhinitis of the urban crowd in huhhot in order to direct the clinical detection and therapy.Methods: Using a specific inhalating allergen in vitro testing kit(IVT701) of ASI Co,we detected 87 subjects who living in urban huhhot.Results: The total serum immunoglobulin E(IgE) were all positive in the subjects.76 cases(account for 87.36%) had positive reaction to the specific detection allergen of the kit and 11 cases(account for 12.64%) had negative reaction.Conclusion: The autumn allergen in urban huhhot are mainly artemisia,pollen of mugwort.There are some propotion of people who are allergic to the dust miles or flour mites.It's signifiance to direct the specific immunotherapy for the sufferers.
