| Abstract: | Aneurysmal bone cyst is a cystic vascular osseous tumor. It is rare in the craniofacial area; it is even rarer in the zygoma. A case of aneurysmal bone cyst of the zygoma was presented. Its pathogenesis, clinical and radiological features and treatment options were discussed under the view of the literature. |
