| 摘 要： | 目的了解脑梗死患者合并肺部感染的发生情况，提出相应的护理方法。方法对均经头部CT或核磁共振（MRI）检查证实为脑梗死且合并有肺部感染的62例老年住院患者进行心理疏导和常规护理。结果肺部感染是脑梗死患者的最常见并发症，经过精心护理，患者情况好转。结论对住院治疗的脑梗死患者必须采取严格的护理措施，才能有效控制患者肺部感染的发生情况。
