陕北偏僻农村常住居民健康素养水平及其影响因素

目的 了解陕北偏僻农村常住居民健康素养水平及其主要影响因素,找出薄弱环节,为农村健康素养水平的发展提供科学依据。方法 采用抽样调查研究方案对1120人进行健康素养问卷调查,以每个人的总得分达到总满分的80%及以上为具备健康素养,达到总满分的60%～80%为初步具备健康素养。用非条件Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果 调查对象健康素养具备率2.29%(25/1092),其95%CI(1.40%～3.18%),初步具备率22.96%(245/1067),其95%CI(20.44%～25.48%);三个维度健康素养中健康生活方式与行为的具备率(5.49%)和初步具备率(19.57%)均较低;六类问题健康素养中健康信息获取素养的具备率(2.47%)和初步具备率(7.79%)均非常低。健康素养最重要的影响因素是文化程度,其OR及95%CI是5.23和2.32～11.82。结论 陕北偏僻农村常住居民健康素养水平极其低,是健康素养的薄弱环节,急需大力发展。

The health literacy level and its influencing factors in remote rural permanent residents of North Shaanxi

Objective To evaluate the health literacy level in remote rural permanent residents of North Shaanxi,find out the influencing factors and weakness of population health,and provide a scientific basis for improving health literacy level in remote rural.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1120 rural permanent residents in North Shaanxi by random sampling.With a total score of 80% or more of the total score of each person as having a healthy literacy,multivariate analysis was performed by unconditional logistic regression.Results 2.29% (95% CI:1.40%～3.18%)of rural permanent residents have healthy literacy,and 22.96%(95% CI:20.44%～25.48%) of them were evaluated as primary healthy literacy.Among three dimensionalities of healthy literacy,the rates of basic knowledge and concept literacy,healthy lifestyle and behavior,basic skill were 3.48%,5.49% and 11.36% respectively.The lowest rate of 6 health issues was health information acquisition,just 2.47%.The most important factor influencing health literacy is the level of education,and its OR was 5.23(95% CI:2.32～11.82).Conclusion The health literacy level was very low in remote rural permanent residents of North Shaanxi.It is urgently need to improve the health literacy of such population.
