| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜癌是妇科三大恶性肿瘤之一。与传统的影像学检查方法相比,PET/CT集合了解剖及分子显像的特点,本文分别阐述了其在转移性淋巴结的检出、监测疾病复发及评价预后的优势,并与MRI技术比较,阐述了两者之间的互补作用,随着PET的新型示踪剂及PET/MRI技术的发展,PET/CT的应用前景更为广阔。

| Abstract: | Endometrial cancer is one of three major gynecological malignancies.When compared with the traditional imaging methods,PET/CT combines the characteristics of anatomy and molecular imaging.In this paper,we describe its advantages in detection of metastatic lymph nodes,monitoring of disease recurrence and prognosis.The complementary effect is compared between PET and CT with MRI.With the development of new tracer and PET/MRI technology,the application of PET/CT is more extensive. |
