复合活性肽复配蛋白对口腔颌面部肿瘤患者术后营养状况及创面愈合的影响

目的 探讨复合活性肽复配蛋白对口腔颌面部肿瘤患者术后营养状况和手术创面愈合的影响。方法 纳入口腔颌面部肿瘤术后患者106名,分为观察组(n=54)和对照组(n=52)。两组患者均给予整蛋白全营养配方粉,观察组补充复合活性肽复配蛋白粉20 g/d。干预前后分别测量体重;检测血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白、淋巴细胞计数;记录伤口红肿、伤口渗出、脓液以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白和淋巴细胞计数均显著高于干预前,伤口红肿、伤口渗出发生率显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组白蛋白、前白蛋白显著高于干预前,伤口轻度红肿、伤口有少量渗出液发生率显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组比较,白蛋白、前白蛋白和淋巴细胞计数,伤口红肿和伤口有中等量渗出发生率均有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 复合活性肽强化肠内营养可有效改善口腔颌面部肿瘤患者术后营养状况,促进创面愈合。

The effects of compound active peptide protein on postoperative nutritional status and wound healing in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor

Objective To investigate the effects of compound active peptide protein on nutritional status and wound healing in patients after oral and maxillofacial tumor operation.Methods 106 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor were collected and divided into the observation and control groups after surgery.Both two groups were provided the same whole protein nutrition formula power.Besides,the observation group was given with compound active peptide protein 20 g/d.The body weight,total protein,albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin and lymphocyte count were measured before and after enteral nutrition intervention.The incidences of wound swelling,exudation,festering and adverse effect of nutritional support were also recorded. Results The indices such as total protein,albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin and lymphocyte count were significantly increased in investigation group compared with basic status (P＜0.05).In addition,the incidence of wound swelling as well as exudation were statistically reduced in investigation group (P＜0.05).The albumin and prealbumin were also significantly increased in control group compared with basic status (P＜0.05).Besides,the incidence of mild wound swelling or exudation was statistically reduced in control group (P＜0.05).There were significant differences in albumin,prealbumin,lymphoc yte count,the incidence of wound swelling or exudation between the observation and control groups after nutritional intervention (P＜0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition enriched with compound active peptide protein may improve the nutritional status as well as promote the wound healing of patients after oral and maxillofacial tumor operation.
