2013-2017年南京市德国小蠊抗药性与实验室胶饵杀蟑效果分析

摘    要:目的 调查德国小蠊抗药性动态和实验室胶饵防制德国小蠊效果,为指导科学防制德国小蠊提供依据。方法 采用药膜法测定德国小蠊对杀虫剂抗药性,采用无选择性试验测定杀蟑胶饵对德国小蠊药效。结果 2013、2015、2017年德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯抗性倍数为1.91、11.46和96.59,对高效氯氰菊酯抗性倍数为1.72、12.18、28.69,对乙酰甲胺磷抗性倍数为3.27、4.22、1.44,对残杀威抗性倍数为0.89、1.04、1.89。1~9胶饵实验室药效显示,德国小蠊的LT50在5.412h~25.959h之间,72h死亡率达85.56%~100%,2.5%吡虫啉胶饵,0.05%氟虫腈胶饵,1.5%残杀威胶饵药效大于95%。结论 防制德国小蠊,首选0.05%氟虫腈胶饵、2.5%吡虫啉胶饵、1.5%残杀威胶饵胶饵,合理使用其他杀蟑胶饵,应暂停使用溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯,慎用乙酰甲胺磷,可用残杀威进行滞留喷晒,应注意药剂之间的复配、轮换和交替使用,提倡综合害虫治理。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the tendency of insecticide resistance of Blattella germanica,and to investigate the effect of gel bait on the control of Blattella germanica in the laboratory.Methods Insecticide resistance of cockroaches was determined with drug film,and the effect of chemical control against Blattella germanica was observed with a non-selective experiment.Results The resistance ratios of the Blattella germanica to deltamethrin were 1.91,11.46 and 96.59 folds,to beta-cypermethrin were 1.72,12.18 and 28.69 folds,to acephate were 3.27,4.22 and 1.44 folds,to propoxur were 0.89,1.04 and 1.89 folds in 2013,2015 and 2017,respectively.The efficacy of 1~9 gel bait on Blattella germanica showed that the LT50 of German cockroach was between 5.412h and 25.959h,and the cumulative mortality rate of 72h was 85.56%~100%.The cumulative mortality rate of 2.5% imidacloprid,0.05% fipronil and 1.5% propoxur were more effective than 95% at 72h.Conclusion For the prevention and control of Blattella germanica,the preferred choice is 2.5% imidacloprid,0.05% fipronil and 1.5% propoxur,and may use other gel bait.The use of deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin should be suspended,and acephate should be used with caution.Propoxur can be used for stagnant spray.It is necessary to pay attention to the compounding,rotation and alternate use between agents,and to advocate integrated pest management.
