| 摘 要： | 宫颈癌主要的转移途径为淋巴结转移, 前哨淋巴结是肿瘤发生淋巴结转移的第一站。淋巴结转移是由淋巴结微转移发展而来, 然而淋巴结微转移通常被传统的病理组织学检测忽略, 未能发现的微转移有可能导致复发。本文将介绍近年来宫颈癌前哨淋巴结微转移的研究进展。

| Abstract: | The main metastatic pathway for cervical cancer is lymph node metastasis.Sentinel lymph nodes are the first site of lymph node metastasis.Lymph node metastasis is a result of lymph node micrometastasis.However, lymph node micrometastasis is usually neglected by traditional histopathology, and undetected lymph node micrometastases may lead to recurrence.This article will introduce the progress of research on sentinel lymph node micrometastasis in cervical cancer in recent years. |
