2017年无锡市水痘病例疾病负担分析

目的 分析无锡市2017年水痘病例疾病负担情况，为行政部门制定免疫策略提供依据。方法 抽取2017年中国疾病预防控制信息系统报告的无锡市水痘病例528例，通过对病例进行调查，获取疾病负担情况。结果 门诊病例人均经济负担549.19元，住院病例人均经济负担3 925.59元，负担中占比最高的均为医药费，城镇居民的经济负担高于农村居民；病例的人均无形经济损失668.37元，其中城镇居民高于农村居民，住院病例高于门诊病例。结论 无锡市水痘病例疾病负担较重，建议通过疫苗免疫加强水痘疫情的防控。

Analysis on disease burden of varlcella cases in Wuxi in 2017

Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the disease burden of varicella cases in Wuxi in 2017, in order to provide basis for administrative departments to formulate immunization strategies. Methods A stratified random sampling method was adopted to select 528 cases reported in CDC disease information system in Wuxi city in 2017. Cases were investigated to access disease burden. Results The average economic burden of outpatient cases was 549.19 yuan, and the average economic burden of hospitalized patients was 3925.59 yuan. The economic burden of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents, and the highest proportion was medical expense. The per capita intangible economic loss of the cases was 668.37 yuan, of which the urban residents were higher than the rural residents, and the hospitalized cases were higher than the outpatient cases. Conclusion The disease burden of varicella cases in Wuxi was heavy. It is suggested that vaccination should be strengthened to prevent and control varicella.
