艾普拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效与药物经济学分析

目的 探讨艾普拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效与经济效果。方法 回顾性分析2018年4月至2019年4月因消化性溃疡就诊于东莞市长安医院消化内科的患者病历资料。选取接受口服艾普拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗者为A组(n=90),接受口服奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗者为B组(n=83),对比分析两组患者的总愈合率、总有效率、不良反应以及治疗成本等。结果 治疗期间,A组和B组分别有2人和5人发生了不良反应,发生率分别为2.22%和6.02%(P＞0.05)。治疗后,A组总愈合率为96.67%,总有效率为97.78%;B组总愈合率为86.75%,总有效率为95.18%。两组比较,总愈合率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且A组高于B组,总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。A组人均治疗成本为2444.87±63.52元,B组人均治疗成本为2487.17±103.38元(P＜0.05)。结论 艾普拉唑的疗效确切,不良反应发生率与奥美拉唑相当,有明显的药物经济学优势。

Clinical efficacy and pharmacoeconomic analysis of ilaprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical and economic effects of ilaprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods Retrospective analysis of the medical records of patients with peptic ulcer from April 2018 to April 2019 in the Department of Gastroenterology,Chang′an Hospital of Dongguan City.Patients who received oral ilaprazole enteric-coated capsules were selected as group A(n=90),and those who received oral omeprazole enteric-coated tablets were group B (n=83).The total healing rate,total effective rate,adverse reactions and cost of treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results During the treatment period,2 and 5 patients in group A and group B had adverse reactions,the incidence of which was 2.22% and 6.02%,respectively(P＞0.05).After treatment,the total healing rate was 96.67% and the total effective rate was 97.78% in group A.The total healing rate was 86.75% and the total effective rate was 95.18% in group B.There was no significant difference in the total healing rate(P＞0.05),and group A was higher than group B.There was no significant difference in the total healing rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The treatment cost per capita in group A was 2444.87 ±63.52 yuan,lower than that in group B was 2487.17 ±103.38 yuan(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ilaprazole is effective and the incidence of adverse reactions is similar to omeprazole.It has obvious advantages in pharmacoeconomics.
