摘    要:目的 了解和掌握滨州市蚊蝇密度、种群结构、生境分布及季节消长等变化规律,更好地为媒介生物及其相关传染病的预防控制提供科学依据。方法 蚊虫监测采用诱蚊灯法;蝇类监测采用笼诱法。蚊蝇监测于4-11月开展密度和种群调查。结果 2017-2018年滨州市共捕获蚊虫17645只,以淡色库蚊和中华按蚊为优势种,分别占77.69%和12.47%,不同生境中密度最高的为牛棚(71.79只/灯),蚊虫总平均密度为19.76只/(灯·夜)],密度高峰期在8月;共捕蝇9867只,其中家蝇和市蝇为优势种,分别占62.2%和14.87%,不同生境中密度最高的为农贸市场(18.84 只/笼),蝇类总平均密度为9.38只/(笼·d)],密度高峰期在6-8月。结论 较全面掌握了滨州市不同生境与季节蚊蝇密度及种类构成,以及优势种群所占的比例,监测工作可为蚊蝇的防治提供依据;部分生境蚊蝇密度较高,可采取一定的预防控制措施,有效降低蚊蝇密度。

Abstract:Objective To understand and master the density,population structure,habitat distribution and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes and flies in Binzhou City,so as to better provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of vectors and related infectious diseases.Methods Mosquitoes were monitored by trap lamp method,and flies were monitored by cage trap method.The density and population of mosquitoes and flies were monitored from April to November.Results A total of 17645 mosquitoes were captured in Binzhou from 2017 to 2018.Culex pipiens pallens and Anopheles sinensis were the dominant species,accounting for 77.69% and 12.47%,respectively.The highest density of mosquitoes in different habitats was in cowshed(71.79 mosquitoes per lamp).The total average density of mosquitoes was 19.76 mosquitoes per lamp per night,with the peak density in August.A total of 9867 flies were caught,of which Musca domesic and Musca sorbens were the dominant species,accounting for 62.2% and 14.87%,respectively.The highest density in different habitats was in the agricultural market(18.84 flies per cage),and the average density of flies was 9.38 flies per cage per day,with the peak density in June-August.Conclusion The density and species composition of mosquitoes and flies in different habitats and seasons in Binzhou City are comprehensively grasped,as well as the proportion of dominant populations.The monitoring work can provide a basis for the prevention and control of mosquitoes and flies.The density of mosquitoes and flies is relatively high in some habitats,and certain preventive and control measures can be taken to effectively reduce the density of mosquitoes and flies.
