摘    要:目的 研究在应用两性霉素B 药物治疗时检验前周转时间对监测血清钾准确性的影响。方法 对比含有两性霉素B 药液的实验组和对照组在不同分离时间的血清钾浓度。结果 同对照组相比含两性霉素B 药液的实验组在分离时间≥ 60min 以上时,血清钾浓度明显增高,并观察到实验组内随时间的延长血清钾浓度也呈明显增高,差异具有统计学显著性意义(P <0.001)。结论 为保证检验结果的准确性,临床在应用两性霉素B 药物治疗时监测血清钾浓度要避开血药峰时采血以及采集标本后30 min 内分离血清或血浆立即测定。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of pretest turnaround time on the accuracy of serum kalium monitoring in amphotericinB drug therapy. Methods The serum kalium concentrations of amphotericin B solution were compared between theexperimental group and the control group at different separation times. Results Compared with the control group, the serumkalium concentration in the experimental group containing amphotericin B solution increased significantly when the separationtime was more than 60 min, and it was observed that the serum kalium concentration also increased significantly with theextension of time in the experimental group, with statistically significant difference (F =6.787~21.67,P <0.001). Conclusion Inorder to ensure the accuracy of the test results, the clinical monitoring of serum kalium concentration during amphotericin Btherapy should avoid the blood sampling at the peak of blood drug and the immediate determination of serum or plasma within 30minutes after sample collection.
