| 摘 要： | 恶性肿瘤的发生是多种因素共同作用的结果,其中遗传因素大约4%~6%,环境危险因素大约占60%以上。恶性肿瘤的预防控制主要是针对环境危险因素采取措施,但是随着社会进步、人民生活水平提高及环境污染加重等情况致使环境因素导致人群发生恶性肿瘤的归因风险值也有一定程度的改变。本文是了解人群中导致恶性肿瘤发生的环境因素的归因风险值,为科学防治肿瘤提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | The occurrence of malignant tumors is the result of multiple factors,among which genetic factors are accounts about 4-6%,and environmental risk factors account for more than 60%.The prevention and control of malignant tumors is mainly aimed at environmental risk factors,which can effectively reduce the incidence of malignant tumors.However,with the progress of the society,the improvement of the people's living standard and the aggravation of the environmental pollution,the attributable risk value of malignant tumors caused by the environmental factors have also changed to a certain extent.The purpose of this study is to understand the attributable risk value of malignant tumors occurring in the Chinese population and to provide a reference for the scientific prevention and treatment of tumors. |
