摘    要:目的 探索江苏、安徽、江西、浙江、福建这5个地理相邻的省份中重要虫媒传染病肾综合征出血热(hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, HFRS)的病毒演化关系,为HFRS的预防提供理论依据。方法 根据以往疫情资料和疫区类型在这5省中选择14个HFRS疫区,应用分子流行病学方法全面、系统的研究该病的流行特征、时空演变规律和宿主与病原共进化关系等。结果 5个省份在地理上邻近,气候上属于亚热带和温带的过渡地区,为病毒宿主提供了良好的繁衍条件。黑线姬鼠和褐家鼠分别为汉坦病毒在野外和室内的主要传染源。通过构建系统发生树进行分析发现,从疫区鼠中分离的汉坦病毒(hantavirus,HV)基因与现有病毒有高度的同源性;研究HV基因时空演变规律与病原分子进化发现,汉滩型病毒(hantaan virus, HTNV)和汉城型病毒(seoul virus, SEOV)的基因差异和亲缘性主要表现为地区性。结论 江苏、安徽、江西、浙江、福建地区仍是肾综合征出血热汉滩型和汉城型的主要混合疫区,该研究结果可为我国丘陵地区的肾综合征出血热流行趋势预测及预防提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective The objective is to clarify the spatial-temporal evolution pattern and co-evolutionary relationship between hosts and pathogens of important insect-borne infectious diseases hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in areas area including Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Fujian and Jiangxi provinces. Methods We completed a comprehensive and systematic research about spatial-temporal evolution and co-evolutionary relationship between hosts and pathogens of HFRS. Results The phylogenetic tree was constructed for HV gene. By studying the spatial-temporal evolution and pathogen evolution of HV gene in these areas, we found that genetic and phylogenetic difference between Hantaan virus (HTNV) and Seoul virus(SEOV) were mainly reflected in the region, rather than the isolation time or the host of the virus. Conclusion The results provide important theoretical references for the trend prediction and the prevention of HFRS in China.
