陕西省2018年布鲁氏菌病突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征

目的 分析陕西省2018年布鲁氏菌病突发公共卫生事件特点,为布病防治提供依据。方法 收集2018年陕西省布鲁氏菌病突发公共卫生事件相关资料,对重点及高危人群进行筛查,掌握畜间感染情况,分析疫情发生原因及特点,采取相应控制措施。结果 2018年共报告4起布病突发疫情,报告发病15例,根据流行病学调查情况,对事件相关重点人群及高危人群进行血清学筛查,总计筛查265人,阳性11人,其中确诊病例7人,隐性感染者4人;血清学筛查羊只总计8569只,其中阳性180只,阳性率2.10%,扑杀病羊187只,疫情得到控制。结论 2018年布病疫情传染源均为病羊,饮用生羊奶、饲养防护不当是引起布鲁氏菌病流行的主要原因,应加强对重点人群的宣传及监测。

Epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies caused by Brucellosis,Shaanxi,2018

Objective To analyze characteristics of public health emergencies caused by Brucellosis in Shanxi Province in 2018,and to provide basis for prevention and control of Brucellosis.Methods Data of public health emergencies of Brucellosis in Shanxi Province in 2018 were collected.Key and high-risk groups were screened,and the situation of livestock infection were grasped.The causes and characteristics of the epidemic were collected,and then corresponding control measures were taken.Results In 2018,a total of 4 outbreaks of Brucellosis were reported,with 15 reported cases.According to the epidemiological investigation,serological screening was carried out on the key and high-risk groups related to the incident.A total of 265 people were screened and 11 were positive,including 7 confirmed cases and 4 latent infections.A total of 8569 sheep were screened serologically,of which 180 were positive,with a positive rate of 2.10%,and 187 were killed.The epidemic situation had been brought under control.Conclusion In 2018,infected sheep are the source of infection,and the introduction of raw goat milk and improper feeding protection are the main causes of Brucellosis.The propaganda and monitoring of key population should be strengthened.
