油酸致急性呼吸窘迫综合征大鼠肺组织KLF2蛋白表达的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨油酸诱导的急性呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)大鼠肺组织中KFL2的表达规律。方法 SD大鼠32只,随机分为4组,对照组8只,油酸组24只,3 h、18 h和24 h组各8只,对照组不做处理,其余24只大鼠注射油酸建立RDS大鼠模型,分别于注射后3 h、18 h、24 h检测大鼠肺组织中KLF2蛋白的表达和免疫水平的变化。结果 油酸18 h组、24 h组呼吸窘迫的大鼠肺组织中的I型标记物KLF2蛋白的量与健康大鼠中对应量比较P<0.05,有统计学意义;3 h组无意义。结论 呼吸窘迫综合症与肺组织免疫组化中KLF2蛋白的量表达有相关性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of histochemical immunization in the lung tissue of acute respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) rats induced by oleic acid.Methods 32 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,24 rats in oleic acid group,and 8 rats in each of 3 h,18 h and 24 h groups and in control group without any treatment.24 SD rats were intravenously injected oleic acid to establish the rat model of RDS,and the changes of lung tissue immunohistochemistry were detected at 3 h,18 h and 24 h after injection respectively.Results Compared with control group,the amount of type I marker protein KLF2 in the lung tissue of RDS rats in oleic acid 18h group and 24h group was significantly lower than that in the healthy male SD rats group(P<0.05),and 3h group was not statistically significant.Conclusion The expression of KLF2 protein of the immunohistochemistry in the lung tissue is correlated with the respiratory distress syndrome.
