摘    要:目的 分析2015年重庆市≥25岁居民高血糖的归因死亡情况以及对期望寿命的影响,为政府制定相关卫生政策提供参考。方法 利用2015年重庆市死因监测数据和慢性病危险因素调查数据,通过计算高血糖相关疾病的归因分值估计出高血糖对重庆市≥25岁居民的归因死亡数和对期望寿命的影响。结果 高血糖导致2015年重庆市≥25岁居民的死亡人数为12 228人,占全死因的5.74%;其中男性6 503人(5.11%),女性5 725人(6.66%)。随着年龄的增长,高血糖导致的归因死亡数也呈现上升的趋势,在80岁以上的老年人达到最高。高血糖造成归因死亡数最大为缺血性心脏病(占28.28%),其次为糖尿病(24.38%)、出血性脑卒中(22.24%)等。去除高血糖的影响后,2015年重庆市全死因期望寿命可提高0.48岁,达到78.23岁。结论 高血糖是导致重庆市居民死亡和期望寿命损失的重要危险因素之一,积极有效的控制血糖水平可降低相关疾病的死亡率,提高人民群众的身体健康。

Abstract:Objective To analyze mortality and life expectancy losses attributable to high fasting plasma glucose among population aged 25 and above in Chongqing in 2015, and provide reference for the government to formulate relevant health policies. Methods The data from Disease Surveillance Points system and Chronic Disease Surveillance(2015) of Chongqing were used; mortality and life expectancy losses attributable to high fasting plasma glucose were estimated by calculating population attributable fractions(PAF). Results In 2015, mortality attributable to high fasting plasma glucose was 12,228 in Chongqing, accounting for 5.74% of all-cause deaths. Among them, there were 6,503 males(5.11%) and 5,725 females (6.66%). The number of deaths attributable to high fasting plasma glucose increased with age, peaking in people over 80 years, and the maximum attributable mortality was ischemic heart disease(28.28%), followed by diabetes(24.38%) and hemorrhagic stroke(22.24%). After removing the influence of high fasting plasma glucose, the life expectancy of all-causes deaths in Chongqing enhanced 0.48 years and increased to 78.23 years in 2015. Conclusion High fasting plasma glucose is one of the important risk factors leading to death and loss of life expectancy in Chongqing. Active and effective control of high fasting plasma glucose can reduce the death rate of related diseases and improve people's physical health.
