摘    要:目的:探讨宫颈癌(CC)患者外周血中辅助性T细胞(Th)22和Th17的表达水平。方法:采用流式细胞术分析Th22细胞和Th17细胞在CC、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和慢性宫颈炎(CCS)患者外周血中占CD4+T细胞的比率,ELISA法检测血浆中IL-22、IL-17和TNF-α的表达。结果:Th22和Th17细胞及IL-22、IL-17和TNF-α在CC组患者外周血中的表达量较CIN组和CCS组明显增高(P<0.05);在宫颈癌患者中,Th22和Th17细胞的表达量呈正相关(P<0.05);Th22细胞在宫颈癌中的表达量与肿瘤淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论:Th22、Th17细胞在宫颈癌患者中的表达明显升高,该免疫失衡可能在宫颈癌发生发展过程中起一定作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of Th22 and Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer as well as its association with clinical pathologic features of cervical cancer patients.Methods: Flow cytometry was used to assess the frequency of Th22 and Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of chronic cervicitis (CCS), cervical intraepithelialneoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer (CC) patients. ELISA method was performed to detect the levels of IL-22, IL-17 and TNF-α in serum. Results: The expression of Th22 and Th17 cells were both elevated in CC and CIN patients in comparison with CCS patients. In CC patients, high Th22 expression was closely correlated with higher incidence of lymph node status. In comparison with the CCS group, levels of IL-22, IL-17 and TNF-α were significantly increased in CC and CIN patient. Conclusion: Our results demonstrate that there is a higher circulatory frequency of Th22 and Th17 in CC, and changes of Th22 cells, Th17 cells and related cytokines may conjointly participate in the pathogenesis and growth of CC.
