2005-2017年南通市居民自杀死亡与减寿分析

目的 了解南通市居民自杀死亡的基本特征和变化趋势,为南通市自杀的防控工作提供科学依据。方法 回顾性收集分析2005-2017年南通市自杀死亡资料,计算死亡率、减寿年数(PYLL))、平均减寿年数(AYLL)、标化减寿率(SPYLLR)、死亡率年均变化百分比(APC)等指标。结果 2005-2017年南通市居民自杀死亡率5.71/10万,年均下降4.31%,男性自杀死亡率是女性的1.21倍,70岁组自杀死亡率最高;因自杀所致AYLL为20.30年,PYLLR为0.84‰,SPYLLR为0.89‰,男性PYLLR是女性的1.13倍,SPYLLR是女性的1.12倍。2005-2017年13年间自杀死亡率、AYLL、PYLLR、SPYLLR整体呈现下降趋势,45岁组人群寿命损失最严重。结论 南通市居民自杀死亡率有下降趋势,但值仍较大,仍是早死的重要原因,应重视自杀的预防控制工作,男性是自杀死亡重点防范对象。

Trend prediction of suicide death and life-reduction in Nantong,2005-2017

Objective To understand the basic characteristics and changing trend of suicide death in Nantong,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of suicide.Methods Data of suicide death from 2005 to 2017 retrospectively in Nantong were collected,and the mortality rate,PYLL,AYLL,SPYLLR and APC were analyzed.Results From 2005 to 2017,the suicide mortality rate of Nantong was 5.71/105,with an average annual decrease of 4.31%.The suicide mortality rate of male was 1.21 times of that of female,and the suicide mortality rate of 70-year-old group was the highest.The AYLL,the PYLLR and the SPYLLR caused by suicide were 20.30 years,0.84 ‰ and 0.89 ‰,respectively.The PYLLR of male was 1.13 times of that of female,and the SPYLLR was 1.12 times of that of female.During the 12 years from 2005 to 2017,the mortality rate,AYLL,PYLLR,SPYLLR of suicide showed a decreasing trend as a whole.The 45-year-old group lost the most life expectancy.Conclusion The suicide mortality rate of Nantong has a decreasing trend,but the value is still high,and it is still an important cause of early death.Attention should be paid to the prevention and control of suicide,and the male is the key prevention object of suicide death.
