摘    要:目的 分析河南省2012 - 2017年度流感监测数据,为流感防控提供依据。方法 对“流感监测信息系统”中流感样病例监测资料、病原学监测资料及暴发疫情资料进行分析。结果 2012 - 2017年河南省各哨点医院共报告流感样病例756 416例,总流感样病例百分比(ILI%)为2.96%;全省19家网络实验室共检测ILI标本98 291例,核酸阳性标本10 732例,总核酸阳性率为10.92%; H3N2型和B型检出率最高,新甲型H1N1除2014 - 2015年度几乎未流行外,其余4个监测年度均有小幅度流行;2012 - 2017年共报告暴发疫情14起,以学校疫情为主。结论 2012 - 2017年,河南省有3个监测年度流感疫情呈现双峰流行, 2014 - 2015年度冬春季流行峰最强;流行病毒型别以H3N2型和B型为主交替流行;暴发疫情远低于正常水平,各地应加强对学校等聚集性场所暴发疫情的监测。

Abstract:Objective To analyze influenza surveillance data in Henan Province from 2012 to 2017, and to provide evidence for influenza prevention and control. Methods Data of influenza like illness(ILI), virologic surveillance and influenza outbreaks were collected through National Influenza Surveillance Network. Results 756 416 cases of ILI were reported by the sentinel hospitals in Henan province from 2012 to 2017, the total percentage of influenza like illness(ILI%) was 2.96%.98 291 cases of ILI specimens were detected by the province's 19 network laboratories, in which 10 732 cases were positive, the total positive rate was 10.92%. The detection rates of type H3N2 and type B were the highest, the 2009 pandemic H1N1 was epidemic during the four years except the year of 2014 to 2015,but epidemic time later. 14 outbreaks were reported, mainly occurred in schools. Conclusion There were bimodal epidemic in three years from 2012 to 2017, the winter and spring fashion peaks from 2014 to 2015 were the most powerful. The H3N2 type and B type were epidemic alternately. The outbreaks were far below the normal level, surveillance of outbreaks in schools and other clustered places should be strengthened.
