2018年西藏自治区居民包虫病防治知识、态度和行为调查

摘    要:目的 了解西藏自治区居民包虫病防治知识、态度和行为现状以及影响因素,为做好包虫病防控工作提供依据。方法 采用多阶段分层抽样的方法抽取840人进行面对面询问调查。结果 2018年西藏自治区居民包虫病防治知识、态度和行为合格率分别为66.1%、48.9%、47.9%。居民包虫病防治知识合格率随文化程度的提高呈上升趋势(χ2趋势 = 6.57,P<0.05);男性(52.5%)人群包虫病防治态度合格率高于女性(44.2%)(χ2 = 5.70,P<0.05);“45岁”(55.2%)人群包虫病防治行为合格率最高,“30岁”(39.9%)人群包虫病防治行为合格率最低(χ2 = 8.85,P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,高中及以上学历相对于文盲包虫病防治知识合格率更高(OR = 1.89,95%CI:1.053.42,P<0.05);男性相对于女性包虫病防治态度合格率更高(OR = 1.38,95%CI:1.051.83,P<0.05)。结论 2018年西藏自治区居民包虫病防治知识、态度和行为合格率较低,做好包虫病防治工作,提高包虫病防治知识知晓率是基础,改变态度是关键,养成良好行为是有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To understand the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of echinococcosis prevention and control in residents of Tibet Autonomous Region, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of echinococcosis in Tibet Autonomous Region. Methods A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to extract 840 people for face-to-face inquiry survey. Results The knowledge, attitude and behavioral pass rate of echinococcosis prevention and treatment were 66.1%, 48.9%, 47.9%, respectively. The qualified rate of knowledge of echinococcosis prevention and control in residents increased with the increase of education level(χ2trend=6.57, P<0.05). Males(52.5%) had a higher qualified rate of echinococcosis prevention and control than females(44.2%) (χ2=5.70, P<0.05). The“45-year-old” population had the highest qualified rate of echinococcosis prevention and control behavior. The pass rate of echinococcosis prevention and control behavior for“30 years old” was the lowest(χ2=8.85, P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the qualified rate of high school education and above was higher than that of illiterate echinococcosis control knowledge(OR=1.89, 95% CI: 1.05-3.42, P<0.05); the qualified rate of male echinococcosis control attitude was higher than that of female echinococcosis control attitude(OR=1.38, 95% CI: 1.05-1.83, P<0.05). Conclusion The knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of echinococcosis prevention and control in residents of Tibet Autonomous Region in 2018 were low. Increasing the awareness rate of echinococcosis prevention and control is the basis, changing attitude is the key, and developing good behavior is an effective method.
