人工半髋置换联合镍钛环抱式接骨器内固定治疗复杂性股骨骨折

目的 观察人工半髋置换联合镍钛环抱式接骨器内固定治疗复杂性股骨骨折的疗效。 方法 我院收治1例70岁老年男性，因交通事故导致右侧复杂性股骨骨折，包括右侧股骨颈骨折(经颈型)和股骨中段骨折（横断型）。对患者进行人工半髋置换联合镍钛环抱式接骨器内固定治疗。术后观察患者关节活动情况及骨折部位固定情况。 结果 术后患者骨折部位固定良好，旋转关节活动自如，无脱位，患者满意度高。 结论 人工半髋置换联合镍钛环抱式接骨器内固定治疗复杂性股骨骨折疗效好，值得临床推广。  

Combination of artificial hip joint replacement and internal fixation with NiTi arm-encircling bone embracing plate for treatment of complex fracture of femur

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the combination of artificial hip joint replacement and internal fixation with NiTi arm-encircling bone embracing plate on treatment of complex fracture of femur. Methods A 70 years-old male patient with complex fracture of femur caused by a traffic accident were received.The patient had right transcervical femoral neck fracture and transcervical fracture of middle femur. The patient were performed with artificial hip joint replacement combined with internal fixation with NiTi arm-encircling bone embracing plate. Joint activity and internal fixation were observed after operation. Results The fracture of femur was fixated well after operation. The rotation of hip joint movement was free with no dislocation. The patient had a high satisfaction. Conclusion Combination of artificial hip joint replacement and internal fixation with NiTi arm-encircling bone embracing plate has a good therapeutic effect on complex fracture of femur. It deserves clinical promotion.
