陕北某综合医院2011—2018年恶性肿瘤住院病例分析

目的 了解延安市恶性肿瘤住院患者的年龄、性别、疾病种类和地区构成特点,为延安地区恶性肿瘤防治提供参考依据。方法 采用国际疾病分类ICD-10编码为标准进行分类,对延安大学附属医院2011—2018年出院病案首页库中筛选的恶性肿瘤住院患者资料进行统计分析。结果 2011—2018年恶性肿瘤住院患者共17104例,占总住院患者人数3.41％,比例较前有所下降,其中男女比为1.085∶1。前7位恶性肿瘤分别为:胃癌、肺癌、宫颈癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、直肠癌、食管癌。其中胃癌在男性患者中位居首位,宫颈癌在女性患者中位居首位。恶性肿瘤患者的高发年龄主要集中在50~79岁。延安市安塞县胃癌患者人数最多,其他恶性肿瘤患者中宝塔区人数最多。结论 近5年延安地区恶性肿瘤患者人数逐年上升,并存在年龄、性别、区域的差异,因此肿瘤防治部门应该结合各地区癌症谱特点不断深化以社区为基础的高危人群的规范化管理工作,加强对市民防癌意识的宣教,积极倡导健康生活方式,从而减少恶性肿瘤的发病。

Analysis of hospitalized cases of malignant tumors in a general hospital in northern Shaanxi from 2011 to 2018

Objective To understand the age,sex,disease type and regional composition of hospitalized patients with malignant tumors in Yan′an,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors in Yan′an area.Methods The international disease classification ICD-10 code was used as the standard for classification. The data of hospitalized patients with malignant tumors screened in the home library of our hospital from 2011 to 2018 were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 17,104 patients were hospitalized for malignant tumors from 2011 to 2018,accounting for 3.41% of the total number of inpatients. The proportion was lower than before,with the male to female ratio being 1.085:1. The first seven malignant tumors are: gastric cancer,lung cancer,cervical cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer,rectal cancer,and esophageal cancer. Among them,gastric cancer ranks first among male patients,and cervical cancer ranks first among female patients. The high-risk age of patients with malignant tumors is mainly concentrated between 50 and 79 years old. The number of patients with gastric cancer is the highest in Ansai County,Yan′an City,and the number of other malignant tumor patients is the highest in the Baota District.Conclusion The number of patients with malignant tumors in Yan′an has increased year by year in the past 5 years,and there are differences in age,gender and region. Therefore,the cancer prevention and treatment department should continuously deepen the standardized management of community-based high-risk groups based on the characteristics of cancer spectrum in various regions,and strengthen the The public awareness of cancer prevention campaigns actively promotes healthy lifestyles,thereby reducing the incidence of malignant tumors.
