2015-2017年上海市宝山区哨点医院食源性疾病监测结果分析

摘    要:目的 掌握宝山区食源性疾病流行病学特征及病原体感染状况,为制定针对性的防控措施提供科学依据。方法 收集2015-2017年宝山区11 家哨点医院食源性疾病监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2015-2017年宝山区共报告食源性疾病病例4 246例,采集样本2 557例,阳性检出343例,检出率13.41%,食源性致病菌中肠致泻性大肠杆菌检出率最高(4.50%),其次为副溶血性弧菌(3.95%),诺如病毒检出率为16.91%。7-9月份报告病例数最多(32.29%),60岁及以上病例占比最高(33.70 %),其次为20-29岁和30-39岁年龄组(17.95 %、17.66 %),离退休人员(41.36 %)和干部职员(21.27 %)病例构成比较高,可疑暴露食品主要为肉与肉制品(25.21%)和水产动物及其制品(19.33%),可疑食物进食场所主要为家庭(72.25%)和饭店/酒店(13.98%)。结论 食源性致病菌以肠致泻性大肠杆菌和副溶血性弧菌感染为主,夏季为食源性疾病高发期,感染患者集中在60岁及以上和20~39岁年龄组人群,可疑暴露食品主要为肉与肉制品和水产动物及其制品。

Abstract:Objective To master the epidemiological characteristics and pathogen infection status of foodborne diseases in Baoshan District,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of targeted prevention and control measures.Methods The monitoring data of 11 sentinel hospitals in Baoshan district from 2015 to 2017 were collected and statistically analyzed.Results In 2015-2017,4 246 cases of food-borne diseases were reported in Baoshan District.2 557 samples were collected and 343 cases were positive,the detection rate was 13.41%.The detection rate of intestinal diarrheagenic E.coli(4.50%)in foodborne pathogens was the highest,followed by Vibrio parahaemolyticus(3.95%),and the detection rate of Norovirus was 16.91%.The highest number of cases were reported from July to September(32.29%).The proportion of patients aged 60 and over was the highest(33.70%),followed by the age group of 20-29 and 30-39(17.95% and 17.66%).The retired(41.36 %)and cadres(21.27%)had a relatively high case composition.Suspicious foods were mainly meat and meat products(25.21%)and aquatic animals and their products(19.33%).The eating places were mainly families(72.25%)and restaurants/hotels(13.98%).Conclusion Foodborne pathogenic bacteria infection is mainly caused by intestinal diarrheagenic E.coli and Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Summer is a period of high incidence of foodborne diseases.Infected patients are concentrated in the age group of 60 years and above and 20-39 years old.The suspicious foods are mainly meat and meat products and aquatic animals and their products.
