阿托伐他汀联合非洛贝特治疗混合性高脂血症疗效观察

目的 观察阿托伐他汀联合非洛贝特治疗混合性高脂血症的疗效及安全性.方法 混合性高脂血症120例,随机分为阿托伐他汀联合非洛贝特组60例,予阿托伐他汀10 mg,qoN和非洛贝特200 mg,qoN,共8周;阿托伐他汀组60例,单用阿托伐他汀10 mg,qN, 共8周.结果 治疗4周两组TC、TG、LDL-ch均显著下降,HDL-ch明显升高,与治疗前相比均有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）;继续治疗8周与治疗4周比较：TC、LDL-ch继续下降 （P〈0.01）;TG继续下降、HDL-ch继续升高,联合组差异有极显著性变化（P〈0.01）.两组组间比较：治疗8周联合组TG下降优于单用组 （P〈0.01）;TC、LDL-ch降低单用组优于联合组 （P〈0.01）.结论 阿托伐他汀联合非洛贝特给药调脂作用确切,尤其对混合性高脂血症的疗效优于单用阿托伐他汀.

Effectiveness of atorvastatin combined with fenofibrate in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of atorvastatin combined with fenofibrate in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia.Methods 120 cases of mixed hyperlipidemia were randomized to two groups,60 cases in each.In group of atorvastatin combined with fenofibrate,10 mg of atorvastatin(qon) and 200 mg of fenofibrate(qon) were given for 8 weeks.In atorvastatin group,10 mg of atorvastatin(qn,po) was given for 8 weeks.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,Levels of TC,TG and LDLch in two groups were declined significantly,while HDL-ch raised significantly as compared with those before treatment(P<(0.01)).After 8 weeks,compared with those after 4 weeks of treatment,levels of TC and LDL-ch were increasingly declined(P<(0.01)),and levels of TG further declined and HDL-ch further raised(P<(0.01)).Comparison between the two groups indicated that after 8 weeks of treatment,levels of TG in combined group were declined more than those in single group(P<(0.01)) and the levels of TC and LDL-ch were declined more in single group than those in combined group(P<(0.01)).Conclusion The effect of lipid regulating of atorvastatin combined with fenofibrate is reliable,and is superior to atorvastatin alone,especially for the treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia.
