| 摘 要： | 论述了非医疗纠纷的概念及其处理的法律适用,提出了防范非医疗纠纷的原则,即建立良好的医患关系,尊重病人的自主权,把对病人的关系渗透到整个医疗过程,加强对患者的健康教育,把医患关系建立在法律的调整之下.
