气钡双对比造影对胆汁反流性胃炎的诊断价值

目的：探讨双对比造影十二指肠钡剂反流对胆汁反流性胃炎的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析67例临床诊断为慢性胃炎并经胃镜证实的胆汁反流性胃炎的病例的气钡双对比造影检查征像。结果：十二指肠钡剂反流提示幽门管松弛、十二指肠液反流，与慢性胃炎特别是胆汁反流性胃炎病变明显相关，本组67例均有十二指肠钡剂反流。结论：十二指肠钡剂反流对慢性胃炎的诊断价值较高，结合慢性胃炎的其他X线征像可提高对胆汁反流性胃炎的定性诊断。

Diagnostic value of the duodenal BaSO4 regurgitation on the chronic gastritis by double contrast radiography

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of the duodenal BaSO4 regurgitation on the bile reflux gastritis by double contrast radiography exam. Methods Pneumo-barium double contrast radiography was performed in 67 cases, which had clinically been diagnosed as the chronic gastritis and confirmed by the gastroscopy. All the patients had the same X-ray feature that the duodenal BaSO4 regurgitation. Results The regurgitation of duodenal BaSO4 implied that the polorus fistula was relaxated and it could cause the duodenal liquid regurgitation to the stomach, which would damage the mucosa of the stomach. It was clearly correlated to chronic gastritis especially to bile reflux gastritis. Conclusion The feature of duodenal BaSO4 regurgitation has a high diagnostic value on the chronic gastritis. Together with other features of chronic gastritis, it can help to make a correct diagnosis on the bile reflux gastritis according to the other features of the chronic gastritis.
